NTT Maintenance in Reston, VA caused an outage early this morning for approx. 30 minutes.
The start time of the maintenance was 06:00 UTC and the end time was 07:15 UTC. The outage occurred in the middle of this.
We're working with NTT to figure out why we did not receive notification of this maintenance, and why there was severe impact from this maintenance.
