    We applied a remedy to resolve the issue at approximately 4:22AM CST. We have identified the root cause and are working with the provider to fix the underlying issue. We apologize for the disruption.

    At approximately 3:26 AM CST, one of our upstream transit providers had a brief interruption on its peering connection with our network. The connection was down for about 10 minutes. When it came back, it did not pass traffic correctly. Our inter-site links had automatically shifted back to that path, so connectivity between our sites was disrupted.
